A Photographic Journey |
Rob Greebon is a fourth-generation Texan who resides just outside of Austin in the Texas Hill Country with his wife and two daughters. As a self-taught photographer, Rob has successfully transitioned his love of the outdoors into an award-winning photography business. His work has been published internationally and appears regularly in local and national publications, television, many corporate and private collections , and the Farcountry Press book Austin: A Photographic Journey. As an admitted morning person, Rob enjoys the solitude and beauty that comes with a quiet sunrise, whether it's from a high-rise in Austin or a remote spot in the Texas Hill Country. | |
While you'll most likely find Al Braden outdoors, doing environmental photography with a passion, Big Bend is where he takes his spirit for a hike. Raised in El Paso, Al moved to Boston in 1967 to attend MIT. There, he worked with both Minor White and Harold Edgerton. Their blend of spirit and technology continues to drive his work. He earned a BA in PhotoCommunications from St. Edward's University in Austin, in May 2001, completing the course of study begun at MIT. Professionally, he has worked in various capacities in graphic design, advertising, and marketing. In 1968, he founded an offset printing company in Keene, New Hampshire. He created a photo book on the Connecticut River with Wesleyan University Press and has continued to support conservation efforts for the Connecticut River and elsewhere. Since pursuing photography full-time upon moving to Austin in 2004, Al's photos have been featured in many national and regional publications. |
